Firearms Safety Classes

Laser Defense will offer three levels of firearm safety classes, including an introductory class for individuals who are just considering purchasing a firearm.
Our Level One Classes cover firearm safety fundamentals, including safe storage at home, in your vehicle, and how to travel with a firearm. Level One classes have a maximum of 12 participants. After the instructor’s presentation, participants will have time to shoot using our simulated system.
Our Level Two Classes focus on the fundamentals of aiming and hitting a stationary target. After completing Level Two, we recommend spending time at a live firing range to experience a real firearm, including increased sound and recoil. At this stage, participants may rotate between dry-fire and live-fire training to reinforce learned skills.
Our Level Three Classes involve advanced techniques, including safely concealing and carrying a firearm, engaging moving targets, and shooting while moving laterally.
Classes are expected to begin approximately 30 days after our grand opening. Initially, most classes will be held on Saturday and Sunday mornings before we open to the public. Additional class times will be added as needed.
