Please read and respect a few simple rules that must be enforced, so everyone has the safest and most enjoyable experience while visiting our facility.
Rules and Policies
1. No Outside Firearms Permitted
Only Laser Defense-issued “In-House Glock 19s” are allowed on the premises. No outside firearms, loaded or unloaded, are permitted. Violating this policy will result in immediate removal, and all involved parties will be permanently banned. This is a zero-tolerance policy.
2. Weapon-Free Entry
Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited inside our facility. Patrons violating this rule will be escorted out, and their entire party will also be asked to leave.
3. Holster Use
Patrons may bring their own holster for use with Laser Defense Glock 19s to practice “drawing and shooting.”
4. Proper Use of Equipment
Laser-simulated Glocks must never be pointed at another patron. All shooting activities are restricted to designated Bays. Reckless use of equipment will result in immediate removal of the offender and their entire party.
5. Minors Policy
Minors accompanied by a paid adult guardian may participate on a case-by-case basis. If a minor cannot safely handle the equipment, the session will end without a refund unless extenuating circumstances apply.
6. Reservation Cancellation and Substitutions
- Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
- To substitute a patron, email [email protected] with your name, date, time slot, and the substitute’s name.
Policies
Safe Equipment Use
Always point laser-simulated guns only at targets in your designated bay. Reckless or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal for all party members.
Weapon-Free Facility
Only Laser Defense-issued firearms are allowed. No outside guns or ammunition—loaded or unloaded—are permitted. Violations will result in immediate removal and permanent banning.
Group Events
We welcome group bookings! Please email [email protected] at least 7 days in advance for custom pricing and availability.
Age & Safety
VR, CO₂ guns, and AR-15 experiences are recommended for ages 6 and up. Our VR chairs may cause motion sickness; refunds cannot be issued if a guest becomes ill. Staff reserves the right to end any session for safety reasons.”
Credit Card Policy:
We accept ALL credit cards and cash!
Canceling Reservations
Please follow these policies to ensure your cancellation is completely correctly.
There are no refunds – only “store credit.” We will not issue a credit if you try and cancel within 24 hours of your reservation time.
If you need to cancel a reservation, it must be at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Please send us a cancellation email with the reservation name, date and time of your reservation. You will immediately receive a Gmail auto-reply (containing your timestamp) confirming your email was received. Then, within 24 hours, we will email you a one-time return/credit code so you can rebook for free. This credit code will never expire and is good forever.
Unfortunately, no one else will be able to use this code. But, if you would like to gift your credit to someone else, email [email protected] with the names of the people using your credit, and they will have no problem checking in.
Finally, to be able to use your credit, you must rebook the same number of people as in the original reservation, or the return credit code we sent you will not work.
